CHI is VITAL Energy or LIFE FORCE and QIGONG provides the means to ATTAIN and RETAIN it.
When a human being is born they have a powerhouse of energy (chi) which gradually diminishes as they grow older. Over 3,000 years ago, the Chinese developed a range of exercises called Qigong, which were specifically designed to increase ‘Chi’. (Please Note: “Qigong” can also be spelled “chi gung/ki gong/qi gong.” Regardless of the spelling all terms have the same definition). These exercises are still practised in China and across the world today and can promote and support both physical and mental health and wellbeing.
